Personal information collected from customers is for internal use only and is not released to other companies or organizations for any purpose. Contact us with any questions or concerns you may have concering your privacy and this website.
Payment information for credit cards is not received or stored by Bead Place. Credit card numbers are only entered on PayPal's website, which is a completely secure payment processing service with over 100 miljon users world wide.
We never ask our customers for their credit card information or password.

- Are you a reseller/wholesaler?
No, we are not a reseller/wholesaler. We do not have a wholesale price list.
Instead we offer all customers reduced prices on products marked with a star * at the end of the product name, when you buy a larger number of this product.
Search for all of these products by typing in * in the text box for the search function in the left column on the front page.

- Do you have a print/paper catalog?
No, because our inventory is constantly updated we do not have a print catalog.

If a product can not be seen online, it means that it is out of stock and can not be ordered at this time.

- What happens if I do not choose insured delivery?

We will always ship your package as quickly as possible but items can
occasionally become lost during transit. With insured shipping your package is
assigned a tracking number which will allow you to track the location of your
package during shipping and if it is lost or stolen during delivery we can
quickly file a claim on your behalf with Posten to receive reimbursement for the
lost package and immediately resend your order. If you do not choose recommended
you can file a lost package claim with us and we will send the package again
after we have investigated the matter.
This can take 3 to 5 business days. RA Maximera AB / Beadplace has always and
will always follow konsumentverkets rules regarding distance shopping. We want
you to have the goods you ordered as quickly as possible and without problems.
We think the previous wording of this FAQ has caused some confusion and so we
have now revised it to make our policy very clear.

If you are not in Sweden and would like insured delivery, please enter this in your order comments when checking out and we will contact you with the additional amount to pay. The amount varies depending on your location.

- How much is the shipping?
For customers in Sweden, shipping is currently 20kr!
Outside of Sweden, shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart. To see this please proceed to checkout where the freight will be calculated for you.

- I have a coupon code, where do I enter it in?
Currently all discounts are calculated automatically when you check out. If you have a Gift Card or other voucher enter the code during checkout.

- How long is your delivery time?
We have a delivery time of about 1 week, but we always try to send your order as fast as we can.
If you choose Pay in Advance as your payment method, then you order is sent when we receive your payment, which may take the bank 2-3 bank days (not weekends or holidays) to process, and then we send your order as soon as we can!
If you choose to order COD Cash on delivery, or to pay directly using Bank card/Credit Card, then your order can be sent as soon as we are able. Often the next day we are open.
We always do our best to send your order as soon as we can!

- How do I know that my order was made?
When you have completed all the steps of the check out routine, an order confirmation is sent to your email adress. The confirmation contains your payment information such as order number, Bead Place bankgiro-number, and what you have ordered.
You can also log into your account at www.beadplace.se and look in your account information to see what you have ordered.
If you have not received a confirmation we recommend that you log in to your account and check if your email address is spelled correctly. This could be the reason why you have not received a confirmation.

- Do you have wholesale pricing?
Yes. We are beginning to offer reduced pricing for some of the items in our catalog. The more you buy, the lower the price. These items will be marked with a * in the item name, so to find them just enter * in our search engine and they will all be listed. The list of items will continue to grow so check often!

- Do you have a minimum order amount?
Currently we do not have a minimum order amount but there is a 25kr fee for orders below 200kr.

- I want to return products, what do I do?
Products to be returned must be sent back in an unopened package, unused and sent in a padded envelope so that they are not damaged in the mail.
Returning products sold by the meter is not allowed.
If you want to return products you send them back in a padded envelope along with your order number and contact information.
Tell us if you want store credit or your money back for the products.
The store credit is issued and sent to your email as soon as we have procesed your return. Follow the directions in the email of how to use the credit next time your shop with us.
If you want your money back, we ask you to also send your banks name, your clearing number and your bank account number. If the bank account is in someone elses name this must also be included.

- Are your products nickel tested?
All products are nickel tested.
However, it is important to remember that sensitivity against metals, both precious and base metals can vary greatly from person to person. So please use caution with metals in your jewelry if you are sensitive.
Please note that if we sell any product that contains nickle then information about this is clearly marked on the product and the description of it, just klick on the image or the name of it.
Metalized akrylic beads are made of acrylic which is then coated with metal. The coating may vary between steel, gold, or silver depending on the color of the bead.

- What is your clearing number so I can pay for my order?
You do not need a clearing number when you pay to a Bankgiro.
If you have ordered and chosen Pre-Payment then you make your payment to our Bankgiro number, not a transfer to our bank account.
Payment to us is made in the same way you pay a regular bill. Make the payment to 5507-5733 and write your order number as payment information.
You can find your order number in the order confirmation sent to your email, or by logging in to your account at beadplace.se.

- Can I pay with Invoice?
Yes, but only if you have a Swedish personnummer and address in Sweden. The terms are below, in Swedish.
SveaWebPay Faktura: Vid betalning via faktura samarbetar vi med Svea Ekonomi AB. För att handla mot faktura
måste du ange ditt personnummer eller organisationsnummer. Förutsättning för att få handla
mot faktura är bland annat att du är registrerad i folkbokföringsregistret i Sverige och är över
18 år. Du får inte ha några betalningsanmärkningar. Samtliga fakturor är av Beadplace
överlåtna till Svea Ekonomi AB
Fakturans betalningsvillkor är 10 dagar och fakturaavgift är 50kr. Vid försenad betalning utgår påminnelseavgift med
det belopp som är tillåtet enligt lag, f.n. SEK 50:- exkl. moms, samt dröjsmålsränta med 2 %
per månad. Vid utebliven betalning överlämnas fakturan till inkasso.
Faktura gäller endast till kunderna i Sverige
